Had them out to help with a leak that was coming from the bath. I was worried it’d be a big job but the plumber found the issue fast and fixed it with no fuss.

He was polite and careful not to damage the new flooring. He even showed me how to tighten the fittings in future. I was so relieved it wasn’t worse – and really pleased with how professional the whole process was from start to finish.

We recently bought our first home, which needs some work. Ciaran came to quote for a gas fire disconnection and kindly offered to do the job straight away.

He took the time to discuss our options, listened to our plans, and advised on the best place to disconnect the supply. The disconnection was done from under the upstairs floorboards, which had recently been laid, and he worked carefully to avoid any damage. Everything was tidied up afterwards, and Ciaran was polite and professional throughout. I also asked about some future projects, and he talked through what would be involved. I’ll definitely be calling him for any future work and would highly recommend him to others. Thanks again for the quick turnaround!

We had a complete nightmare with the heating just before Christmas – no hot water, freezing cold house. I honestly thought we’d be stuck until the new year, but they got someone out within 24 hours.
