Called these guys for an annual boiler service but ended up getting loads of useful advice I wasn’t expecting. The engineer took his time to explain water pressure tips, common faults to look out for and how to use the timer settings better – turns out I’d been doing it all wrong.

He even spotted a slow radiator and sorted it there and then. It’s those little things that show they care about the customer, not just the job.
