We needed some urgent pipework repaired in our kitchen and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. The engineer turned up on time, got straight to work and had it sorted in less than an hour.

It’s nice to deal with people who don’t mess you about.

We had an issue with low water pressure throughout the house. It was starting to really wind us up but these guys sorted it in no time.

They found a hidden valve that was partly closed and fixed it with no drama. Everything’s flowing properly now and the difference is amazing. So friendly and calm throughout the visit. Genuinely a pleasure to deal with.

We had a radiator moved during a living room refit and the plumber was brilliant. He made sure everything was level, tidy and working before finishing.

He even checked the rest of the system while he was there. Proper thorough job and a lovely chap to deal with. Would happily book them again.

Called these guys for an annual boiler service but ended up getting loads of useful advice I wasn’t expecting. The engineer took his time to explain water pressure tips, common faults to look out for and how to use the timer settings better – turns out I’d been doing it all wrong.

He even spotted a slow radiator and sorted it there and then. It’s those little things that show they care about the customer, not just the job.

Wes came out to service our combi boiler and did a fantastic job. He was professional, polite and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
